Process for Reserving House Meeting Rooms

  • All room reservation requests must come from a sponsoring representative's office and be approved by the House Room Scheduling Coordinator.
  • To reserve a room, please contact your representative to sponsor your request.

  • House Room Reservation Policies
    - Please read and review the policies for reserving House meeting rooms.

    Below is a list of House meeting rooms: 
    • 216 CAP- Approximately 50 people (Food Allowed)
    • 230 CAP- Approximately 50 people (Food Allowed)
    • 403 CAP- 12 members and seating area for audience (NO food)
    • 406 CLOB- 30 members and seating area for audience (NO food)
    • 415 CLOB- 18 members and seating area for audience (NO food)
    • 502 CLOB- Approximately 15 people (Food Allowed)
    • 506 CLOB- 30 members and seating area for audience (NO food)
    • 514 CLOB- Approximately 25 people (Food Allowed)
    • 515 CLOB- 18 members and seating area for audience (NO food)
    • 605 CLOB- Approximately 25 people (Food Allowed)
    • 606 CLOB- 30 members and seating area for audience (NO food)

       Please note that food is only permitted in certain meeting rooms, and each room has a maximum occupancy.  Due to the uncertainty of session, some groups may be moved or bumped from a room on short notice.

  • To book the Capitol stairwells, rotunda or outside areas - contact Tracie Murray with the Georgia Building Authority at (404) 657-7407.
